These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of shopvelloire.com (the “Site”), operated by Velloire. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About the Site
The Site currently introduces the Velloire brand, shares editorial content, provides links to social channels, and allows visitors to request launch and collection notifications. It is not currently an ecommerce store and does not offer products for purchase, checkout, customer accounts, or inventory reservations.
Product availability, commerce functionality, and any separate purchase terms may be added later. We will update the Site and applicable terms before offering those features.
Permitted use
You may use the Site for personal, lawful, noncommercial purposes. You may not:

Velloire content and marks
The Site and its content—including the Velloire name, wordmark, monogram, badge, copy, graphics, photographs, layout, and design—are owned by or licensed to Velloire and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Email updates
When you join the launch list, you ask Velloire to send launch and collection emails to the address you provide. You agree to provide an address you are authorized to use. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email. Our collection and use of signup information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to services operated by others, including Mailchimp and social platforms. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Velloire does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement unless we say so.
Site availability and changes
We may update, suspend, withdraw, or change any part of the Site at any time. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We may correct errors and update content without notice.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velloire disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velloire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Site. Velloire's total liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms as the Site or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Your use of the Site after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
General terms
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
